Putung is a tourist attraction located in the Duda Timur village. The distance is about 19 kilometers from Amlapura city or 64 kilometers from Denpasar city. The Putung tourism object is very easily achieved by car. The main attraction of these object is the beauty of its panoramic views.
The view shows the terraced fields, the cluster of hills with dense forest, rice fields that look verdant and Labuhan Amok seen with stretches of ocean blue. From Putung, Nusa Penida island very clearly visible. The Putung tourism object became famous for painting Mr. Christiano, Italian painter who was married to a woman from the village of Manggis, Karangasem.
